I don’t necessarily want to start writing about home improvements, but I just had to give a thumbs up to Toggler Snaptoggle Toggle Bolts.
I had replaced curtain rods a number of years ago and over time, especially with tugging at the curtains that get stuck on the rod joint (another story), the screws have pulled out of the drywall. I’ve tried various types of plastic anchors, metal anchors and nothing stays put.
I did some research and purchased the Toggler Snaptoggle Toggle Bolts. These things work great. They are easy to use and well designed. Unlike regular toggle bolts, they don’t need as big a drill hole and they are much easier to install. Plastic and metal anchors will pull out eventually. These bolts are staying put.
These curtain rod brackets are finally secure.
